Los Angeles County Museum of Art

Deep inside the museum’s 19th century French painting hall, the Loneliest Gallery, otherwise known as the Photography Foyer, will be experiencing a day of reckless pampering, unadulterated encouragement and general acknowledgment. Sculptural elements and performances will collide in a community-driven campaign of cheer, all within the confines of the four smallest walls in the institution. On this day, The Loneliest Gallery will no longer be out of place, the near-closet sized eyesore will finally get the treatment it deserves, but it needs your help!

Join the Loneliest Gallery Cheer Committee! Write a song! Choreograph a dance! Donate to the flower fund! Bring a friend! Grab a vacuum!

Cheer up the Loneliest Gallery!

The Loneliest Gallery Cheer Committee is Stephanie Hutin and Florencio Zavala (Big Skills). This project is co-funded by LACMA’s public programs and the Ralph M Parsons endowment.

One day only!! Tickets to the event are available for standard LACMA admission prices. Admission to the museum and show are FREE for all Machine Project members.

LACMA is located at 5905 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90036
